If your product fails within its guarantee period they will arrange for a service engineer to visit you at home to resolve the fault, by repairing or replacing any defective component, using genuine Triton spare parts, free of charge.

The guarantee only applies to products with a manufacturing fault. Call out for non-product faults or where no fault has been found with the product will incur a call-out charge.
