How to Claim Your Free Battery

To receive your battery, simply follow these steps

 

1. Purchase a Qualifying Kitted Product 

From a participating retailer between 1 April and 6 June 2026, while stocks last.

2. Upload a clear copy of your purchase receipt.

3. Redeem Your Battery Where to Find the Serial Number?

You’ll find the serial number on a label attached to your product. This label typically includes a 2D barcode and a 7‑character alphanumeric serial number (a mix of capital letters and numbers) located next to the nameplate.

The serial number shown in any example image is for illustration only.

 

4. Your Details

Fill in your full name, postal address, and email address. (One claim per email address and per household.) 

 

5. That’s it! - Receive a free 4.0Ah Battery

1. The Einhell “3.0Ah Battery Redemption” is promoted by Einhell UK Limited of First Floor, Unit 10 Champions Business Park, Arrowe Brooke Road, Upton, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH49 0AB (company number 03901625) (Einhell).
Participating in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All participants in the promotion are subject to these terms and conditions and the Einhell privacy policy, found at https://www.einhell.co.uk/data-privacy/

2.When a participant purchases a qualifying product (listed in Schedule 1) from any participating retailer between 00:01 on 1 April 2026 and 23:59 on 6th June 2026 (while stocks last), Einhell will, subject to availability and these terms and conditions, send the participant one free 18V 3.0Ah PXC Battery (Article No: 4511501). The promotion is limited to one battery per household, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased. To claim, the participant must upload a copy of their qualifying purchase receipt to https://www.einhell.co.uk/free-battery-campaign/ within 30 days of purchase. The final date for receipt of claims is 23:59 on 5th July 2026. Claims received after this date will not be accepted. *Only on models specifically listed in the terms and conditions qualify for a free battery.

3.Participants can claim a maximum of one Battery houshold, subject to purchasing a Qualifying Kitted Garden Product during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is limited to one Battery per household/ one email address and is subject to availability.

If the participant’s claim is approved, the Battery should be dispatched to the participant’s given delivery address as soon as possible. Einhell will use reasonable endeavours to do this within 30 days of the request.

The Battery may require a signature on delivery.

A total of 3000 Batteries are available in the Promotion, subject to valid qualifying requests and receipts. The Promotion is subject to availability and will terminate automatically once all Batteries have been claimed or stocks run out, whichever comes first.

There is no cash alternative. Einhell may, at its sole discretion, replace the Battery with an alternative of broadly equivalent value.
