1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to UK & IRE residents aged 18 or over, excluding Einhell employees and affiliates. 
Participants must only submit one redemption per household and must not use multiple email addresses to submit multiple claims. 
Einhell reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject fraudulent or duplicate claims. Participants are recommended to retain their product packaging as proof of purchase. 

2.The Prize: Participants can claim a maximum of one Free Starter Kit per purchase, subject to purchasing a Qualifying Product during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is limited to one Free Starter Kit per household/ one email address and is subject to availability. 
If the participant’s claim is approved, the Free Starter Kit should be dispatched to the participant’s given delivery address as soon as possible. Einhell will use reasonable endeavours to do this within 30 days of the request. 
The Free Starter Kit may require a signature on delivery. 
A total of 2000 Free Starter Kits are available in the Promotion, subject to valid qualifying requests and receipts. The Promotion is subject to availability and will terminate automatically once all Starter Kits have been claimed or stocks run out, whichever comes first. 
There is no cash alternative. Einhell may, at its sole discretion, replace the Free Starter Kit with an alternative of broadly equivalent value. 

3.Redeem: The final date to submit claims is 23:59 on 11 November 2025. Claims received after this date, or more than 30 days after purchase, will not be accepted. 

All claims are subject to verification by Einhell. Einhell is not responsible for claims that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed, or unable to be uploaded for any reason.
