Lasts up to 3.4x longer than Bosch X451 Flap Disc
Long Life grinding metal
Exceptional durability and a high-quality finish thanks to Bosch Ceramic Technology. The ceramic grains stay sharp as they break and expose new sharp edges.
The cooling top coating prevents overheating and discoloration of stainless-steel workpieces. It lets you grind faster for longer and helps extend your angle grinder’s lifetime.
The flap disc grinds faster for longer thanks to a self-sharpening effect. Each ceramic grain continuously exposes new sharp edges, helping you maintain a consistent grinding speed throughout the product’s lifetime.
Click it on with X-Lock or use it with nut and thread angle grinders
Flap discs are ideal for effective stock removal. They also allow you to grind, blend, and finish your workpieces with a single accessory. We designed the durable EXPERT X782 Flap Disc to help you complete all these tasks – time and again.
Thanks to Bosch Ceramic Technology, the EXPERT X782 Flap Disc delivers long-lasting performance. Its ceramic grains continuously expose sharp cutting edges, helping you grind more efficiently, with less pressure. Our cooling ceramic coating prevents overheating and discoloration of stainless-steel workpieces. It also helps extend your angle grinder’s lifetime. The high-quality backing pad dampens vibrations and keeps the disc stable. The EXPERT X782 Flap Disc comes in two shapes. The flat discs are best for smoothing, blending, and finishing flat surfaces. The angled ones are designed for fast stock removal and working on contours, curves, or edges. The version with long flaps allows you to reach corners and tight spaces with ease. You can trim the backing pad to make your flap disc last longer.
The EXPERT X782 is one of the most durable flap discs in our top-performing EXPERT range. We designed it for metalworkers, welders, and fabricators who want to grind metal more efficiently.
