The Shadow Foam SFE002 Pro Cutting Kit has everything you need to cut and repair Shadow Foam.
FEATURES:
1x Scalpel Handle: Standard scalpel handle for use with the included scalpel blades.
25x Blades: To ensure that you always have a sharp blade, we include a pack of twenty-five interchangeable blades.
1x Shadow Foam Sticker: Show your love for Shadow Foam with a shiny sticker for your toolbox.
1x Cutting Instructions: A handy guide to help you become a foam cutting expert from the start.
SPECIFICATION:
Step One: If necessary, cut your foam to the required size. Lay out your tools on top of the foam, leaving at least 5mm between items. Once you're happy with the layout, take a reference picture.
Step Two: Remove all tools except the one you're cutting first. Start in a corner and lightly press on the item to keep it steady. Trace cut around the item, keeping the knife perpendicular and close. Once the cut is complete, remove the item and cut again to the desired depth.
Step Three: Peel back layers until you reach the required depth. It's easier to pull from a point than a long edge. If peeling is difficult, you may not have cut deep enough. Use a ploughing action, following the shape of the tool with your fingers.
Repeat: Repeat the process for the rest of your items. Keep checking the layout to ensure you don't run out of room for all your tools.
With this kit, you'll have everything you need to create amazing custom foam liners with ease!
