Shadow Foam Basic 6 Piece Kit - Everything You Need to Cut and Repair Shadow Foam
CONTENTS:
1x Scalpel Handle
1x Anti-Cut Gloves
1x Foam Repair Glue
1x Shadow Foam Sticker
1x Shadow Foam Cutting Kit Instructions
5x Scalpel Blades
FEATURES:
Scalpel Handle: Standard scalpel handle for use with the included scalpel blades.
5x Scalpel Blades: Pack of five interchangeable blades to ensure you always have a sharp blade.
Anti-Cut Gloves: These gloves provide safe cutting as the scalpels used to cut Shadow Foam are extremely sharp.
Foam Repair Glue: This glue creates a strong, flexible bond to repair accidental cuts.
Shadow Foam Sticker: Show your love for Shadow Foam with a shiny sticker for your toolbox.
Shadow Foam Cutting Kit Instructions: A handy guide to become a foam cutting expert.
Shadow Foam was designed to create amazing custom foam liners. To achieve a professional, high-quality finish, follow these instructions:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare Your Foam: If necessary, cut your foam to the required size. Lay out your tools on top of the foam, leaving at least 5mm between items. Take a reference picture once you're happy with the layout.
Begin Cutting: Remove all tools except the one you're cutting first. Start in a corner and lightly press on the item to keep it steady. Trace cut around the item, keeping the knife perpendicular and as close as possible. Once the cut is complete, remove the item and cut again to the desired depth.
Peel Back Layers: Peel back layers until you reach the required depth. It's easier to pull from a point than a long edge. If peeling is difficult, you may not have cut deep enough. Use a ploughing action, following the shape of the tool with your fingers as you peel.
Repeat: Repeat the process for the rest of your items. Keep checking the layout to ensure you don't run out of room for all your tools.
