Kielder Warranty Statement

Each Kielder product is thoroughly inspected during production and is guaranteed to perform as specified. The product will be free of defects, in both workmanship and materials, for the duration of the warranty from the date the product is purchased.

The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).

In the event that your machine needs repairing or replacing, you must provide proof of purchase/delivery before any work can be carried out on your machine. Without this, any work carried out may be chargeable.

If your product requires attention from our engineers, we aim to have it collected & repaired within 7-10 working days.

The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of warranty.

The warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

What is covered?

The repair or replacement of your machine (at Kielder’s discretion), if your machine is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the warranty period (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, Kielder will replace it with a functional replacement part).

Use of the machine in the UK only, overseas users should contact the official importer or retailer for that country.

What is not covered?

Kielder does not guarantee the repair or replacement of a product incurred as a result of normal wear and tear - this includes any moving parts which are prone to wear and tear, over time; such as Square Drives, Seals & Bearings.

Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the product which is not as instructed in Kielder’s Instruction manual.

Any product, deemed to be faulty, which is returned in poor condtion, due to negligent use i.e. dirt / mud covered, cracked casing / housing from being dropped.

Use in overly wet/damp/muddy conditions causing degradation of components, both internally and externally.

Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Kielder.

Use of parts which are not Kielder genuine components.

Faulty installation (except installation by Kielder).

Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Kielder.

Extended 3 Year Warranty

To take advantage of the Kielder 3 Year Warranty the product must be registered within 30 days of Purchase or Delivery.

Why is Registration a Requirement?

For Kielder to be able to fully support & service a product warranty over a 3 year period it is imperative that the product is registered. If the product hasn't been registered we're simply not able to fully administer a warranty of this duration and therefore can only offer a standard 12 month guarantee for any unregistered product.

Please note: Batteries are excluded from the 3 Year Warranty. These are classed as consumable items and they have a separate fixed period warranty of 12 months.

The KWT-002CS 1/2" 18v Impact Wrench is also excluded from the 3 Year Warranty and is supplied with the standard 12 month warranty, plus exclusive Service Offer.

Is My Item Available for Next Day Delivery? 

If your item is stocked in our immediate picking location it will available for you to choose a next day delivery. This will be highlighted by a green tick and a 1 day dispatch time on the item information. 



You will have the option to choose this service if you are purchasing your item for delivery to mainland UK. 

What courier will my item be delivered with? 

If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by UK Mail/DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items. 

If you are an international customer, your goods will initially be sent via UK Mail/DHL, and then exported to either Eurodis or DHL. The appropriate tracking can be provided when necessary.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store? 

If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road.  Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment. 

Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.

Please wait for email confirmation your order is ready for collection from our store before you travel.

On collection we will require you to show a copy of your order confirmation, electronic or printed. In addition to this please bring photo ID which must be your passport or photo driving licence, matching the name on the PayPal/Amazon/Credit or Debit card used.
