Gainsborough Mixer Showers

Gainsborough Showers have over 40 years experience in the UK shower market, offering a range of high quality and reliable electric showers and mixer showers. As part of the highly reputable Aqualisa Showers Group who operate from Kent. They continually develop Gainsborough showering products to maintain position as one of the UK’s leading shower manufacturers and a trusted shower brand.

Gainsborough mixer showers are the perfect all-rounders of the showering world. They’re beautifully stylish and minimalistic, easy to fit and easy to use, and finally safe for all the family to use.

You can choose from either concealed or exposed valve types depending on your preference and installation requirements, both of which are thermostatic. Thermostatic valves keep the temperature of water constant no matter how many other water outlets are in use, providing you with a shower you can trust regardless of the sensitivity of your skin.

Gainsborough showers were first produced in Birmingham during the seventies by the Woodley family. The products started out as 5, 6 and 7kW heaters. There have been many different variations of Gainsborough Electric Shower over the last 40 years many of which sold via large multiples like B&Q, Wickes etc. One of the most popular models was the Gainsborough SE Electric Shower. Here at Buyaparcel we have also been on a large part of the journey with Gainsborough and have seen the product evolve into the sleek models we have today.

What Is a Mixer Shower?

Most people have a mixer shower in their home and don’t even realise it – and have no idea how they work. But they are actually straightforward. These showers mix hot and cold water together to bring the water to your desired temperature.

Cold water is fed through the cold mains line, while the hot water is supplied from your hot water system.

These showers have a built-in valve that blends the hot and cold water streams together to reach the temperature you select using your shower’s controls (typically a temperature knob or lever).

And if you dont like the chrome showers, then don't worry Triton have you covered , with Black and Gold showers if your going for that extra stylish look and more modern vibe.

The new Gainsborough Mixer Shower range includes three premium models, incorporating thermostatic temperature control with Cool Touch technology for safe family showering and added peace of mind.

You can select a high-pressure round or square dual outlet shower, or a single outlet bar shower mixer model with integrated soap dish. A versatile three spray mode handset is supplied with the round head showers.
