Description
404 Fungicidal Wash is a powerful, fungicidal wash for the removal of lichens, fungi and algae on all mineral surfaces such as walls, paths, roofs, drives etc. It also leaves a residual surface to help prevent further infestation.
USES
Kills mould and fungal growth caused by damp on internal and external floors and walls.
Kills mould and fungal growth on roofs prior to coating with bituminous coatings.
Removes algae, lichen, green slime and fungal growth from patios/drives.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Always read label before use and wear suitable protective equipment.
Supplied ready to use. Do not dilute.
Remove all surface debris and growth from the area to be treated. Apply by brush or spray at a rate of 1 litre per 5 - 10m2 depending on porosity of surface.
Leave solution for 20 minutes.
Finally, wash down the area with water. Repeat process for badly infested areas. Take care not to allow residues to run directly into fresh watercourses.

For very badly soiled surfaces, use Everbuild Brick & Patio Cleaner.
In all cases, wash down the cleaned surface with a hose and broom to remove all traces of cleaning product.
Pavers must be left for three months minimum after placing before over coating with this product.
This will allow salts to leach out which otherwise may cause unsightly white patches appearing beneath the sealer, especially when the patio is wet.

Stir well before use. May be applied to damp (but not wet) surfaces.

Apply using a long pile roller and tray or low-pressure spray. Ensure even and thorough coverage, especially on textured finishes where ponding of

Do not use acid based cleaners, as these will remove/discolour the product. Avoid using power

Waterseal) unless the surface is weathered enough so as to show no water beading effects.

Do not allow to enter watercourses.

If your item is stocked in our immediate picking location it will available for you to choose a next day delivery. This will be highlighted by a green tick and a 1 day dispatch time on the item information. 
You will have the option to choose this service if you are purchasing your item for delivery to mainland UK.
What courier will my item be delivered with?
If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by UK Mail/DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.
If you are an international customer, your goods will initially be sent via UK Mail/DHL, and then exported to either Eurodis or DHL. The appropriate tracking can be provided when necessary.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?
If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.
Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
