The latest Dewalt lithium battery - the 4.0ah DCB182 replaces the DCB180, offering 33% more runtime with a 0% weight increase.
DEWALT XR Li-Ion Battery Technology offers extended runtime and optimised power to complete applications quickly. Lightweight design provides the user with 18V power for the equivalent of 12V NiCd/NiMH pack weight. No memory effect and virtually no self-discharge for maximum productivity and less downtime. Compatible with all DEWALT XR Li-Ion 18V Tools. Excellent electrical characteristics.

The Dewalt 3 year warranty applies to tools purchased on or after January 1st 2004.
Tools must be registered online on Dewalt Power Tools Warranty Registration Page to qualify for the warranty extension otherwise a standard 1 year warranty will apply.
This excludes batteries, chargers, outdoor power equipment,airtools and accessories. These are all supplied with a standard years warranty.
