Bosch GKT 18V-52 GC BITURBO Brushless 18V Plunge Saw In a LBOXX Case Plus Batteries and charger
The GKT 18V-52 GC Professional cordless plunge saw delivers corded performance at superior mobility in Bosch´s 18 V category. Its innovative BITURBO brushless technology provides maximum cordless cutting performance equal to corded plunge saws.
The saw offers superior mobility due to its uniquely compact design allowing operation with only one battery. Its very compact tool design enables the closest distance between the saw blade and the wall at only 10 mm.
This tool is intended for format cutting and plunge cutting in wood, wood composites, board and panel materials, aluminium, and acrylic glass.
Furthermore it is compatible with the Bosch Click & Clean dust extraction system as well as the Bosch, Festool, Mafell, and Makita guide rail systems and with all Bosch Professional 18 V batteries and chargers (Professional 18V System).
The GKT 18V-52 GC Professional also features constant speed, ECO mode for a higher runtime, HMI, individual speed setting via app, overload protection, restart protection, soft start, and spindle lock.
The plunge saw comes with the GCY42 Connectivity Module which provides tool customisation ability, tool and battery statuses, all via the Bosch Toolbox App.
At the heart of this tool is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.

This powerful machine uses Bosch's ProCORE range of 18 volt batteries and combines it with their BITURBO Brushless motor technology.
Brushless motors provide much higher power and efficiency and allow longer battery runtime .
Superb cordless cutting performance equal to a corded machine plus
The machine is relatively compact and designed in such a way that there is as little of the machine as possible to the right of the blade.
This would allow you to cut the bottom off a door without taking it down or get the blade as close as 10mm to a wall you're cutting along.
The GKT18V52GC takes a 140mm diameter saw blade but gets an impressive 52mm cut depth, or 46mm when on the guide rail - not included
Total mobility due to a unique compact design increasing ease of handling and less to carry around the site
Features:
Eco Mode for up to 40% more runtime
Lightweight and compact machine.
Cut as little as 10mm from a corner.

BITURBO Brushless Technology - Cordless tools now better than corded tools: Biturbo tools from Bosch for professionals
A new dimension of performance
Performance that equals 1,000 to 1,800 watts corded tools
With one battery that is just as powerful as competitor two battery models
Optimized for easy handling and weight new functions, such as user interface
A new dimension of performance: With Biturbo, Bosch is introducing the next generation of cordless tools. The Bosch BITURBO tools are optimized for maximum performance with Bosch ProCore18V batteries.
This makes them more powerful than all previous cordless tools from Bosch and offers professionals the equivalent power from a 1,000 to 1,800 watts corded tool. Also regarding handling and weight, Biturbo tools are an advantage: With one battery, they are just as powerful as competitor models with two batteries.
This is based on the optimum coordination of their specially developed, brushless high-performance motor with electronics and battery that allows for usage of high-power currents and therefore the entire potential of the ProCore18V batteries with 8.0 and 12.0 Ah.
If you do not have a ProCore18V battery at hand, you can also use the previous lithium-ion battery: In the Bosch Professional 18 volt system, compatibility with new and existing power tools and chargers is guaranteed.
