The Prismertec II represents a significant step forwardin water softener design. Its ergonomically designed cabinet sits easily in most kitchen environments and houses a host of sophisticated and efficient features including electronic controls and an advanced water softening process.
Designed for the 21st century the Aquadial Prismertec II has been developed to meet the demands of todays busy lifestyles. Each model delivers copious amounts of softened water at flow rates designed to meet the demands of modern combination boilers power shower and direct mains fed systems.
Simplicity
Prismertec II is simple to set up and operate and uses less water and salt than many other softeners. The first class efficiency is due to a design which includes high efficiency monospheric resin an advanced rotarty valve and an advanced memory electronic control system.
In tune with the environment
Prismertec II has been designed to make a minimum visual impact wherever it is placed. The product will fir inside a standard 600mm wide kitchen base; and can in some cases even slide beneath a sink or drawer. Ergonomically designed with clean smooth lines and neutral colours Prismertec II will compliment a wide range of kitchen styles and rarely needs more than a quick wipe over to stay looking as good as new.
Cost Effective Softened Water
All water softeners regenerate periodically using salt and water in the softening process. The Prismertec II incorporates a series of advanced processes to ensure that regeneration only takes place when necessary saving salt water and in turn energy.
Proportional Brining
The integrated electronic control system monitors your softened water usage making onlu enough brine (salt solution) to regenerate that part of the resin bed that has been exhausted. In this way the amount of salt used relates directly to the amount of softened water used making it more efficient and cost effective.
Counter regeneration
This means brine solution first passes through unused resin at the bottom of the resin bed ensuring that the whole bed is treated without any wastage. This reduces the amount of water used in the regeneration cycle.
Monitoring your lifestyle - for greater efficiency
The advanced memory electronic contol system used on the Prismertec II thinks for you - always ensuring that you have the correct amount of softened water ready to use. As a result it constantly works to minimise the amount of energy salt and water it uses.
Day by day hour-by-hour the Prismertec II captures data on the amount of water you and your family use and stores the information in its memory. The regeneration cycle is usually programmed so that in the early hours of the morning the Prismertec II will asses its remaining capacity of softened water and adjust its operation in accordance to the coming days needs. Distinguishing between high usage days and low usage days usually weekends and low usage weekdays and will only regenerate when necessary. It will even tell you when its running low on salt!

Passing the mantle to one of BWT’s fully trained engineers, frees up the installers time to focus on the other aspects of the installation, whilst the consumer knows that not only will their water softener be set up to suit their specific requirements including the local water conditions, but the home visit will also give them the chance to ask questions not just about their new purchase but also regarding water softeners in general.
Free @ Home Commissioning is another way in which BWT supports its Installers and the Consumer.

Is My Item Available for Next Day Delivery?
If your item is stocked in our immediate picking location it will available for you to choose a next day delivery. This will be highlighted by a green tick and a 1 day dispatch time on the item information. 
You will have the option to choose this service if you are purchasing your item for delivery to mainland UK.
What courier will my item be delivered with?
If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by UK Mail/DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.
If you are an international customer, your goods will initially be sent via UK Mail/DHL, and then exported to either Eurodis or DHL. The appropriate tracking can be provided when necessary.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?
If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.
Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
