At Bristan, we want to make things as easy as possible for our customers. That's Bristan design products that are easy to fit and use, and that are quality tested to make sure they won't let you down.
It's also why we offer solid guarantees so that, in the unlikely event of something going wrong, you have the peace of mind that the problem will be sorted easily and quickly.
All of our Bristan products are covered by a guarantee, many of which include both parts and labour — so we'll send an engineer to fix the problem.
Please note that guarantees are only valid with proof of purchase and you can also register some of our showering products to take advantage of extended guarantee periods.
The full range of Bristan taps, showers and shower and bathroom accessories will now come with a Lifetime Guarantee*, covering all parts and finishes – and labour included for the first year under the Bristan repair, replace, or refund promise.
Bought your product before 1st April 2026? Please see the Bristan website for more details.
Other guarantees
Bristan Shower Pumps – 3 years parts, 1 year labour.
Bristan Commercial Taps and Showers – 1 year parts.
Bristan Contract Valua Range – 5 years parts, 1 year labour.
Bristan Kitchen Sinks – 25 years parts, 1 year labour (10 years parts for the Easyfit Kitchen Tap)
*Labour is provided by an approved Bristan Care service engineer or appointed representative. The guarantee only applies to products with a manufacturing fault. Call out for non-product faults or where no fault has been found with the product will incur a call-out charge.
What if my product is faulty?
If installed and used correctly, you will need to contact Bristan on 01827 254144 to arrange an engineer's visit. They will repair or replace the unit depending on what they find the fault to be.
If the item is not installed, the whole unit will need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing. If declared as faulty they will either repair or replace it, if it is not faulty the item will be returned to you. This can usually take up to 14 working days.
