Wallmount 12No need to change existing pipework
The Wallmount 12 sits in front of the tiling on the pipework, making it great for renovation projects. By limiting the changes to existing pipework you’re able to finish jobs in a shorter space of time – what’s not to like?
It’s also ideal for new build installations, where plumbers may wish to connect water supply at first fix and install the shower at second fix, without interfering with tiling or sealing work.
Isolating the water supply
The award-winning customer inspired fixing kit features two front-facing isolation valves, allowing you to isolate the water supply with the turn of two grub screws – rather than switching it off at the mains. This means that the rest of the house can still have running water, whilst limiting the risk of damage to the bar shower during the installation process.
The unique design and its innovative rubber seals, also means the bar doesn’t have to be installed until a later date and also ensures there’s no water ingress into the wall cavities. The isolation screws also allow for easier off wall servicing of the valve if required.

What if my product is faulty?
If installed and used correctly, you will need to contact Bristan on 01827 254144 to arrange an engineer's visit. They will repair or replace the unit depending on what they find the fault to be.
If the item is not installed, the whole unit will need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing. If declared as faulty they will either repair or replace it, if it is not faulty the item will be returned to you. This can usually take up to 14 working days.

Is My Item Available for Next Day Delivery?
If your item is stocked in our immediate picking location it will available for you to choose a next day delivery. This will be highlighted by a green tick and a 1 day dispatch time on the item information. 
You will have the option to choose this service if you are purchasing your item for delivery to mainland UK.
What courier will my item be delivered with?
If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by DHL eCopmmerce UK, Evri or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?
If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.
Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
