The Bristan Easyfit Base System slots straight into your sink and has flexible inlet connections to easily fit with existing pipe work. It couldn’t be easier to fit this Bristan Easy Fit tap. There are flexible inlets to easily connect to your existing pipework, and the unique system simply slots into your sink making it a wonderfully practical choice for your kitchen or utility room.

Fitting kitchen taps has never been easier. With the Bristan innovative smart Easyfit technology, the tap base system is pre-installed to save you time.
Simply slot the Easyfit base into the sink, insert the hot inlet connector and fix to the sink. Attach the flexi tails and isolators to the existing water supply. Push the tap body on and tighten both grub screws to finish.

What testing do Bristan carry out on a Easyfit tap?
Quality control plays a key role in Bristans commitment to market leading product innovation. Full testing of all Bristan products, designs and concepts are carried out to the highest level.
Bristan have UKAS accredited on-site facility, in partnership with their parent company, Masco’s state of the art test lab, performs long-life testing and creates high pressure trials to ensure all products meet the highest safety and quality requirements.
Bristans latest EasyFit tap test results are as follows:
External testing by WRAS via the NSF testing house, 5 bar to 20 bar pulse with 30 cycles per minute for 100,000 cycles
In-house variable pressure tested from 16 to 25 bar and back over 24 hours
Fixing strength test by Masco up to 800lb force (3500Nm) without any issues – the sink deformed instead
280,000 endurance and usage cycle testing showed no movement in the grub screw connection

*Labour is provided by an approved Bristan Care service engineer or appointed representative. The guarantee only applies to products with a manufacturing fault. Call out for non-product faults or where no fault has been found with the product will incur a call-out charge.
What if my product is faulty?
If installed and used correctly, you will need to contact Bristan on 01827 254144 to arrange an engineer's visit. They will repair or replace the unit depending on what they find the fault to be.
If the item is not installed, the whole unit will need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing. If declared as faulty they will either repair or replace it, if it is not faulty the item will be returned to you. This can usually take up to 14 working days.

Is My Item Available for Next Day Delivery?
If your item is stocked in our immediate picking location it will available for you to choose a next day delivery. This will be highlighted by a green tick and a 1 day dispatch time on the item information. 
You will have the option to choose this service if you are purchasing your item for delivery to mainland UK.
What courier will my item be delivered with?
If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by UK Mail/DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.
If you are an international customer, your goods will initially be sent via UK Mail/DHL, and then exported to either Eurodis or DHL. The appropriate tracking can be provided when necessary.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?
If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.
Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
Please wait for email confirmation your order is ready for collection from our store before you travel.
On collection we will require you to show a copy of your order confirmation, electronic or printed. In addition to this please bring photo ID which must be your passport or photo driving licence, matching the name on the PayPal/Amazon/Credit or Debit card used.
