In 1978 we formed as a plumbing and heating merchant, which then developed and expanded into a department store with an online service. In 2006 we separated the online business which become buyaparcel.com. In a short space of time we became a multi-million pound company with a loyal customer base. We have a trade counter based at one of our Lowestoft warehouses providing a friendly face for local trades people.
