At only 660mm high this compact metered water softener is specifically designed to fit into small spaces. With a 12.5 litre capacity it is designed for households of 1-8 people.

The best salt for this water softener is tablet and the salt storage capacity is 15kg. This model can be fitted under a sink. The energy saving units are suitable for all types of plumbing systems. Less salt and water are used as the metered, automatic unit only regenerates when necessary.

Easy to operate electronics require little programming – simply adjust the water hardness level if needed. This durable water softener also features a stylish cabinet and hood, producing an endless supply of softened water.

This softener also includes a quick connect bypass designed for ultimate convenience for the installer, making the water softener installation quicker and easier. This bypass features quick release fittings to adapt 3/4" or 1" inlet and outlet. Integrated meter in bypass saving 5 inches of space.

The Basics of How a Water Softener Works

1. Hard water passes though a control unit into the resin vessel.
2. Calcium and Magnesium constituents of water hardness are attached to the Sodium saturated resin beads usually sulphonated polystyrene.
3. This simultaneously releases Sodium ions and water hardness is
eliminated. The process is called ion exchange.
4. When the resin becomes saturated with Calcium and Magnesium it is recharged by passing a salt solution through the resin.

If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by UK Mail/DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.

If you are an international customer, your goods will initially be sent via UK Mail/DHL, and then exported to either Eurodis or DHL. The appropriate tracking can be provided when necessary.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?

In stock - Available for next day delivery

If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.

Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
