Lasts up to 30x longer than a Bosch Stainless Steel and Metal Cutting Disc
Long Life cutting metal with less noise
Exceptionally durable cutting edge using Bosch Diamond Technology. High quality diamond grits are fixed to a steel body for a very long life cutting the toughest materials.
Diamond grits in uniform size range allow for smoother cutting progress.
Robust steel body maintains a constant cutting depth. Unique cooling holes and slot design avoids deformation and ensures a constant speed.
Doesn't shatter if dropped, produces no chemical smell or extra dust during cutting and lasts long.
The cutting discs cuts with less noise thanks to specially designed s-shaped cutouts filled with heat-resistant silicon.
With 22.23 mm bore for standard locking nut angle grinders
Diamond cutting discs are strong enough to cut steel and cast iron effectively, but they are often excessively loud. The EXPERT Metal Diamond Cutting Disc delivers powerful cutting performance with much less noise, helping you reduce strain on the jobsite.
The EXPERT Metal Diamond Cutting Disc is made using Bosch Diamond Technology for exceptional strength and durability. Thanks to the specially designed cutouts filled with heat-resistant silicon, it cuts with less noise. The disc’s cutting edge is made from high-quality, uniform diamond grits fixed to the steel body. This means the disc lasts longer than even the best bonded discs and maintains a constant cutting depth and speed throughout its lifetime. Plus, it doesn’t shatter when you drop it and produces no chemical smell or extra dust when you cut. The EXPERT Metal is not suitable for cutting aluminium, concrete, or stone.
For metalworkers and professionals in the construction industry who need a hard-wearing cutting disc and want to work with less cutting noise, the EXPERT Metal Diamond Cutting Disc offers a whole new way of cutting metal. Less noise, less strain – the same EXPERT performance.
