The RAPTOR slices its way through mild steel with ease, the cut is extremely quick and clean, producing no heat, no burr and few sparks. The cutting capacity is incredible too - 120mm x 120mm steel box section with a 6mm wall thickness.
This no-nonsense machine is economical in its performance; typically an EVO355 Raptor blade averages a jaw-dropping 900 cuts in 50mm x 50mm mild steel with a wall thickness of 3mm.*
A true powerhouse, giving the end-user tremendous scope when it comes to cutting steel on a production basis.
Features and Benefits:
4 Times Faster Cutting Than Abrasive Saws.
Industrial Quality - The mild steel blade can make 1000 cuts before a replacement blade is required. Ideal for cutting steel plate, square tube, angle iron, pipe, tube and metal roofing.
Virtually No Sparks - Quicker, safer, more accurate & economical than an abrasive saw! When cutting steel, the material has a workable finish. Virtually no heat, burrs or sparks are created, unlike inherently dangerous abrasive saws.
Adjustable Vise - Fast action swivel vise enables cuts to be made from 0-45 .
Hi-torque gearbox reduces motor load and improves performance. A pull-out collection tray makes it easy to dispose of metal chips.
Full Blade Range - Cut Steel, Stainless Steel, Thin Steel and Aluminium with the optional blades available! The combination of an Evolution saw and blade is the ultimate in cutting technology.
Standard Equipment:
Supplied with Blade.
