UK Mail Delivery Guide

Items that are of a fragile nature or multiple consignments will be sent via Business Post (UK Mail) on an overnight service.

On the morning of your delivery, an email and a text message (if mobile number provided) will be sent to you with a one hour delivery window. If the date and time is not convenient, you can simply either text back or reply back via the website to choose the next convenient date, leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour.

You can also opt in to a further delivery notification alert “You’re Next” for when the driver is 5-15 minutes away.

Please note – any product with dimensions above 140 x 80 x 70 cm could possibly be delayed due to a manual sortation process.

Also items of a lower value and will be sent by UK Mail’s Bag It service which is a 24 hour delivery.

If delivery is missed then this will be sent back to your closest depot unless the driver is able to deliver it to a neighbour. Please check the Business Post site for your closet depot.

Customers in delivery Zones 2 and 3 will be subject to a surcharge of £6.50.
