Delivery Guide
Orders placed before 12.00pm will be despatched
from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class or one of our couriers
below, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method
used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. The only exception
to this are items that are delivered on a palletised service which will have
to be booked in with a member of staff.
If your parcel is being delivered by one of our Couriers or by recorded post, it will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the driver will leave an information card.
You can track the progress of your parcel by the Track
My Order link at the top of the page. If your goods have been sent by a
trackable service you will be able to track your order stage by stage using
the couriers online tracking system.

We can now ship most of our items advertised
on the website to Ireland for a flat rate of £15.00 via DPD 48 service. This
is a 2/3 day service that can be tracked by the Track
My Order link which will take you to the parcelforce tracking page.
* Exceptions to this are items that have to be palletised and items in excess
of 25kg, which we are currently unable to ship to Ireland. Please call us if
in any doubt on 0845 638 1331
UK Deliveries
Couriers
We currently use 5 different delivery methods depending on the size,
weight and number of items you order from us. These are as follows..

All small items under approx 1.5-2.0kg will be sent via First Class Post. Higher
Value items will be sent recorded delivery. Delivery is normally within 1-2
days of despatch but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

All items in excess of 2.0kg and able to fit into a single box will be sent
via DPD to the Uk and Ireland. If you miss a DPD delivery you can either collect
from your closest depot. Alternatively it is very easy to rearrange a new delivery
date which best suits you to either the same address or a different address.
All of this can be done online via the DPD using the reference number on the
card the driver has left. DPD now also provide an hour time
slot on there deliveries so so if you follow the tracking link sent to you in
your shipping e-mail you can find out what time your delivery will be attempted.
Express Delivery Services (only available on phone orders)
We do offer a 24 Hour overnight service for an additional £2.00 - so £5.95
in total.
In addition we also do a Saturday delivery Service which is charged at £12.00

of the above additional services
Customers in delivery Zones 2 and 3 will be subject to a surcharge of £6.50. Details of these zones are below..
Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49,
PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Items that are of a fragile nature or multiple consignments will be sent via Business Post on an overnight service. If delivery is missed then this will be sent back to your closest depot. Please check the Business Post site for your closet depot.
There will be the same surcharges apply as the parcelforce

Goods sent on a pallet will need to be signed for and are sent on a standard
2 day delivery service once this has been booked in by a member of our staff.
Your order will NOT be shipped until we have got in touch with you to arrange
a delivery date. An overnight service is available for an additional £10. Contact

form.
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful then there will be a redelivery
charge of £10.00

Some of our larger products that are not sent via palletways are sent via
A2B Home delivery who deliver to certain areas of the country on different days
depending on your postcode. Your order will NOT be shipped until we have got
in touch with you to arrange a delivery date. They specialise in transporting
fragile goods and like palletways require a signature on receipt of goods.
